NASBHC's Practice Management Improvement (PMI) Web Tutorial is an online practice management improvement training package comprised of seven modules that walk the user though the implementation of a comprehensive SBHC practice management quality improvement process. The user will be able to assess the SBHC's improvement across five domains: Facilities, Business Operations, Human Resources, Care Management, and Practice Compliance.
